Here's how to put it on:
1. Make sure your lips are completely dry.
2. Put the glitter potion on your bottom lip first.
3. Pat the glitter on top of the glitter potion.
4. Do the same for your top lip.
5. To take it off, use warm water, a washcloth, and any soap you like.
6. Be patient when you're taking it off.
