•If you need your package by a specific date for any reason please make a note of that in your order so accommodations can be m0ade
•Orders are shipped through USPS.Bulk orders are sent through UPS or picked up in person locally
•All orders will be processed and shipped out with in 5 to 10 days after you make your order  
•A tracking number is included with all online orders
•You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order,all you need is an active debit card with the available funds.During check out It gives you the option to use Paypal or your debit card to complete your order
•We now accept Zelle and Cash App payments if you need to pay for your items that way contact customer service directly during normal business hours for more information
•If you feel you have had an issue with stolen packages in the past and need to request a signed confirmation for your packages security please contact the owner about that after finalizing your order.This is an extra $5.00 
•Due to Fantastic Faces Cosmetics rigorous traveling schedule their may be a slight delay in tracking being updated online.
•All packages are guaranteed to go out but if you do experience this delay please forgive us
•There is no international shipping at this time 
•Any orders sent to an address that is listed on your paypal account incorrectly or that may be lost or stolen will not be refunded at any time (Strict Policy)
•If the address is not correct on your order and it is caught in time the post office can redirect the package for an extra cost paid for by the customer
•Due to the inclement weather conditions during the winter months in some states please be aware that our Glitter Lipstick potion may freeze if exposed to cold weather.If you live in a place where you think this may be a concern please let customer service know
