Please indicate if you need your package by a specific date in your order. Orders are shipped via USPS; bulk orders may use UPS or be picked up locally.
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 days, and you will receive a tracking number for online orders. Payment options include PayPal, debit cards, Zelle, and Cash App—contact customer service during business hours for details on Zelle and Cash App.
For added security, you can obtain signed confirmation for your package for an additional $5. If you have concerns about package theft, please contact the owner after placing your order.
Please note, we currently do not offer international shipping. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses or that are lost or stolen are not eligible for refunds. Address corrections may incur additional costs.
In winter, our Glitter Lipstick Potion may freeze if exposed to cold temperatures. If this is a concern, please inform customer service.
